Delete your online and mobile account

You have the choice to delete your Online and Mobile Banking account at Honor Credit Union. We value your partnership and are here to help!

Account Deletion
When you request account deletion, Honor Credit Union will remove all associated data from our Online Banking and Mobile App systems. Once processed, this data will no longer be accessible to any party.

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted:
  • You will no longer have access to Honor’s Online Banking or Mobile App. Your accounts will remain active, and transaction history will still be stored in our main system for as long as your accounts are open, but all Online and Mobile Banking data will be deleted.
  • Electronic copies of past account statements will no longer be available. If you currently receive electronic statements or tax documents, your preferences will be switched to paper statements and tax documents. (Fees may apply.)
  • Any activity or settings previously established in Online Banking or the Mobile App will be disabled or deleted. This includes real-time account alerts, Bill Pay payments and payee information, External Transfers, Cross Member Transfers, and scheduled or recurring transfers, along with any associated history.
