GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN—JULY 9, 2024—Honor Credit Union is excited to announce Brandy Bitson’s promotion to Regional Manager for its Western Region, which includes its three member center communities: Allendale, Jenison, and Wyoming.
As Regional Manager, Brandy will provide leadership and support to Member Center Managers and Community Development Officers within her region. Additionally, she will work closely with the Business Services, Lending Marketing, and Operations Departments to guarantee that Honor members experience outstanding service.
Brandy has been in the finance field for 20 years. She previously worked as a Teller, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and Business Continuity at the Bank of Oklahoma for 13 years. Brandy joined Honor in June 2023 as the Allendale Member Center Manager.
“I am excited to continue building a high-performing team that gets excited about serving and volunteering in the communities where we live and work,” stated Bitson. “Providing financial education, alternate ways to bank, and member experiences that positively change lives is important to me.”
She is passionate about driving brand awareness in Honor’s Western Region, helping new and existing members enhance their finances with resources and innovative solutions while remaining dedicated to Honor’s commitment to serving its community and members in achieving financial success.
Brandy resides in West Olive, MI, with her partner, Ed, and two dogs, Ruger, and Benny. They have three adult children: Kayla, Cameron, Mitchell, and his wife Vanessa. She grew up in Grand Rapids, MI, and attended Union High School.
