MARQUETTE, MICHIGAN JULY 24, 2024 ̶̶̶ Honor Credit Union is proud to announce its recent partnership with Marquette Little League (MLL). This partnership supports the addition of four new scoreboard installations at Kaufman Ballpark.
As part of this partnership, Honor will contribute $22,357 to Marquette Little League, including funding for installing four new scoreboards prominently featuring the credit union’s logo at the Kaufman Complex.
“It’s been incredible working in partnership with Honor Credit Union during our Kaufman Ball Field Renovation Project,” shared Todd Scott, President of Marquette Little League. “It’s so encouraging to have such great community involvement and support of our local youth sports! The addition of the four scoreboards at the Kaufman Ballfields has been an amazing addition that will serve our league and local youth for years to come.”
Honor’s Community Development Officer in the Northern Region, Jamie Gollakner, shares his excitement toward the credit union’s community investment.
“Four scoreboards carry a hefty price, but the impact and partnership with Marquette Little League is so much greater,” emphasizes Gollakner. “This opportunity supports little league and softball league to have state tournaments. I look forward to the partnership myself, Honor, and MLL grows into for years to come.”
